October 12th is arthritis day and Oct 19th is Psoriatic Arthritis Day.

I don’t know if there are days assigned to commemorate Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, or Allergic arthritis, but whatever “flavour” of arthritis you have:

  • ·it still hurts
  •  it still cripples
  • ·it still affects the quality of your life
  • ·It befalls children before their teens (when the cause is psoriasis or an infection).
  • ·it can be hereditary

Arthritis is not just an affliction of old age, and it is not something you must look forward to throughout your life!

Here are some medical treatments for arthritis:

  • Anti-inflammatories
  • Pain-killers
  • Physiotherapy
  • Chemotherapy drugs such as; methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine to disable your Immune System. They are called Biologic response modifiers (substances that stimulate the body’s response to infection and disease).

However, the problem with the above treatments is they don’t look after the cause of the problem.

Did you know that the main causes of any inflammatory process are Toxicity And Infection?

So, now let’s look at how we can eliminate some of these causes Naturally:

  • Arthritic knees get better after we eliminate a gum infection
  • Stiff and painful joints improve after a series of Ozone Sauna sessions or Ozone treatments
  • After removing an infected or root canal treated tooth – (especially if it is on the acupuncture meridian of the involved joint(s).

There are some things you can do to reverse arthritis (depending on how much deformity and damage has already happened).

There are many things you can do to reduce the symptoms of arthritis.

There are even more things you can do to prevent Arthritis from afflicting you.

Here are suggestions we highly recommend:

  • Get yourself checked for hidden infections – there are clues like clogged sinuses, toe fungus, Irritable bowels, to name a few. Eliminating infections is the first thing to do for people suffering from arthritis or rheumatism.
  • Check your gums to see if they are swollen or bleeding.
  • Check to see if you have an abscessed or Root Canal Treated Tooth.
  • Detoxify your body of heavy metals, poisons and residues. You can get them from amalgam fillings, fluoride in your water, Cell towers, Microwaved and GMO food, chemicals in your toothpaste and soft soap, and in the pharmaceutical drugs, you take.

Foods: certain foods aggravate your symptoms. Consider a diet that is free of nightshades, i.e. Potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, tobacco and goji berries.

An acidic body causes you to hurt so here are a few suggestions:

  • Eat an alkalinizing diet by avoiding sugar, refined carbohydrates, aspartame and alcohol
  • Stay regular (a minimum of 3 bowel movements daily)
  • Detox the body with Saunas, Foot baths and Juicing/Fasts

Exercise – Suggestions: daily stretching, walking, or swimming

Stay socially involved: visit friends, family, or colleagues often.
